Our free range bronze turkeys are reared in their very own portable home, providing fresh grass and enrichment throughout the season. Our free range birds are also hung the longest out of all our birds in our cold store. All these measures result in a much deeper flavour and better meat texture, providing the perfect for your Christmas dinner centrepiece.
